錦坤學術 - 上海錦坤律師事務所民事組律師研討會圓滿召開 The discussion of civil lawyers of Shanghai JINKUN Law Firm was successfully held
2022年01月07日周五下午14點，錦坤所民事組研討會在大會議室圓滿召開。會議由錦坤所合伙人別律師主持并主講,部分民事組團隊骨干律師以及實習律師共聚于此。本次研討會增進律師間的交流，從法院、原被告等多角度測試律師的訴訟策略，并精進律師業(yè)務。
On the 7th of January 2022, the discussion of civil lawyers of Shanghai JINKUN Law Firm was successfully held in the JINKUN’s meeting room. Mr. BIE, attorney-at-law, ran this discussion. His practice focuses on Civil Procedure Law. Other lawyers and interns participated in this discussion. This discussion would promote the communication among lawyers, and test the merits of lawyers’ litigation strategies, and catalyze the growth of each civil lawyer of Shanghai JINKUN law firm.
會議開始，錦坤所合伙人別律師首先分享了自己在民事領域從業(yè)多年所積累的經驗，不僅包括了對于民事法律關系的分析方法（例如主體、物和行為），還包括發(fā)散思維。意欲受人以漁。
First of all, lawyer BIE shared his working experience including not only the analytical method of civil legal relationship （such as subject, object and action）, but also the flexibility of the litigation strategies. As the proverb says，“Teach them how to fish and you feed them for a lifetime.”
隨后，別律師聚焦在一起交通事故糾紛中，重點講解案件事實與法律事實之異同，逐一剖析其中各方的民事法律行為，導讀現有證據以及庭審筆錄，為民事組同仁在案件中梳理脈絡。
Secondly, in order to let the lawyers perfect their practice ability, lawyer BIE introduced a civil lawsuit about a traffic accident dispute. He explained the similarity and difference between the case facts and legal facts, and analyzed each party’s civil juristic acts in detail, and guided the existing evidences and the court record.
最后，與會的民事組律師以及實習生們，提出了自己在處理案件中的困擾與難題，同別律師交流經驗，總結應對之法。
After the case ended, the lawyers involved in the event had a heated discussion about this case.
They communicated with lawyer BIE. They were also hoping to settle something that bothers them in the handling of other civil lawsuits.
會后，民事組的律師、實習生們在線上繼續(xù)交流，總結今天研討會上所見所聞所學。望今日之所學，為明日之所用，提高業(yè)務能力。終生學習，我們永遠在路上。
Lawyer BIE would get along with these lawyers and interns on line. Lawyer BIE said, “If we encounter difficult cases in the future, we will also hold discussion so as to improve lawyers’ practice ability. ”
