仲裁制度作為我國多元化糾紛處理機(jī)制的重要制度之一，為保障我國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展、妥善解決社會(huì)矛盾發(fā)揮了重要作用。

日照仲裁委員會(huì)成立于1996年9月9日。嚴(yán)格按照仲裁法規(guī)定，堅(jiān)持仲裁工作為市場經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)的方向，堅(jiān)持質(zhì)量、效率和社會(huì)效益的統(tǒng)一，嚴(yán)把案件的質(zhì)量關(guān)、庭審關(guān)、程序關(guān)和廉潔關(guān)。仲裁受理結(jié)案時(shí)間短，效率高，逐漸受到市場主體的信賴。

Rizhao Arbitration Commission was established on September 9, 1996. In strict accordance with the provisions of the arbitration law, Rizhao Arbitration Commission insists on the direction that arbitration work serves the market economy, persists in the unity of quality, efficiency and social benefits, strictly controls the quality of cases.Due to its high efficiency, arbitration is gradually trusted by market players.

Arbitration is a kind of dispute settlement method with contractual, autonomous, folk and quasi judicial nature.
