亞洲代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心是亞洲第一家非營(yíng)利性會(huì)員制代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心，于2018年4月17日在馬來西亞吉隆坡成立，在亞洲乃至全球范圍內(nèi)享有盛譽(yù)。亞洲代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心目前正處于飛速發(fā)展階段，擁有來自世界各地的600多名會(huì)員。
The Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) is the first non-for-profit member-based Asian center for ADR. Launched in April 4, 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Institute shall be the Global Institute with coverage across Asia and rest of the world. The AIADR is currently undergoing fast-track development and has membership of more than 600 from around the world.
亞洲代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心的成立主要是為了促進(jìn)全球貿(mào)易，在世界范圍內(nèi)的代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解論壇中提供卓越的訴訟外解決方案，其成立目的還包括：
1. 促進(jìn)工商業(yè)發(fā)展；
2. 促進(jìn)代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解領(lǐng)域從業(yè)人員和非從業(yè)人員的社會(huì)凝聚力；
3. 促進(jìn)教育和研究；
The AIADR is established primarily for “Promoting Global Trade and Delivering Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution Forums” worldwide other than resolution by Courts, and the following: –
1. Promoting commerce and industry;
2. Promoting social cohesion amongst practitioners and non-practitioners in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) field; and
3. Promoting education and research.
亞洲代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心是一個(gè)以會(huì)員為基礎(chǔ)的中心，其成員致力于亞洲代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心的使命、價(jià)值觀和道德準(zhǔn)則，決定了該中心的未來走向。
The AIADR is the membership based Institute and members of the AIADR are committed to the AIADR Mission, Values and Code of Ethics. The members of the Institute will determine the directions and future of the Institute.
根據(jù)《亞洲代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心會(huì)員規(guī)則》，任何人想要申請(qǐng)成為中心會(huì)員，必須滿足《規(guī)則》明定的先決條件。
In accordance with the AIADR Membership Regulations, the Applicants seeking to become members of the Institute must satisfy the prerequisites of membership set out in these Regulations.
有興趣的自然人、機(jī)構(gòu)或法人團(tuán)體均可申請(qǐng)成為中心會(huì)員，獲得會(huì)員資格。申請(qǐng)人一般需要滿足如下條件：
l 通過《規(guī)則》所明定的指定課程/單元；或經(jīng)委員會(huì)認(rèn)可與《規(guī)則》明定的課程/單元等同，可視為已通過委員會(huì)所明定的課程/單元；或符合《規(guī)則》規(guī)定的法人資格、機(jī)構(gòu)資格、支持組織資格條件；
l 具有《規(guī)則》規(guī)定的代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解領(lǐng)域或其他相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
l 符合《規(guī)則》其他有關(guān)于會(huì)員資格的規(guī)定。
The interested persons, institutions or body corporate shall be able to apply for or be awarded with membership of the Institute. As an individual, generally the applicant would have:
l passed the designated course(s)/Module(s) as prescribed by these Regulations; or such course(s)/Module(s) which in the opinion of the Council is equivalent to the Course(s)/ Module(s) so prescribed by the Council, and may be treated as having passed such prescribed Course(s)/Module(s) by the Council; or has met the criteria for corporate membership or institutional membership or of supporting organization, as described in these Regulations;
l undertaken such period of relevant experience in ADR or other related fields, as provided in these Regulations; and
l Satisfied such other requirements as to its suitability for admission to the register of membership of the Institute.
亞洲代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心的會(huì)員等級(jí)可被分為“準(zhǔn)會(huì)員”，“會(huì)員”以及“研究員”。徐寶同律師有幸成為了該中心的一名“會(huì)員”。根據(jù)委員會(huì)的相關(guān)規(guī)定，“會(huì)員”的設(shè)置主要是為經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解從業(yè)人員或執(zhí)業(yè)律師提供平臺(tái)在代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解論壇上進(jìn)一步深造，成為研究員或得到專家組認(rèn)證。
The membership levels of the Institute can be divided into three segments from low to high, namely, Associate, Member and Fellow. Lawyer Xu is honored to become a Member of the Institute, which is for ADR or legal practitioners who have accumulated enough experience and would like to progress in the ADR forum with a view of qualifying for fellowship or panel certification.
對(duì)此，徐寶同律師表示今后一定會(huì)秉持亞洲代替性糾紛解決調(diào)解中心的信念，為推廣代替性糾紛解決機(jī)制，在代替性糾紛解決論壇中提供卓越的訴訟外解決方案而努力奮斗。
Lawyer Xu said that he would be devoted to the AIADR Mission, striving to deliver excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution Forums.
